Hi, I’m Sia Kindberg
I’m a high-performance coach, ultra-endurance athlete, public speaker, and corporate workshop facilitator. I’ve completed 50+ extreme races, including the Ice Ultra 230 km in the Arctic and The Track 520 km across the Australian desert, enduring extreme conditions alone. These experiences taught me resilience, focus, and mental toughness, the same principles I bring to my coaching.

I work with high-performing women navigating pressure, responsibility, and internal misalignment, helping them regain clarity, structure, and control by rebuilding how they think, decide, and operate. I help women cut through mental clutter, make confident decisions, and lead themselves with the same strength they bring to others.

As a single mother of two while working full-time, I live the principles I teach, focus, discipline, resilience, and courage; showing that it’s possible to thrive even in the most demanding environments.

Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and interactive workshops, PeakMindCo equips women with practical tools, frameworks, and habits to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives. My mission is to help high-performing women not just survive their responsibilities, but thrive in alignment with what matters most to them, personally, professionally and emotionally.
